OUR Start-up Academy is back

Eight female-founded companies from around the world will take part in the Cannes Lions Start-Up Academy, sponsored by R/GA. The entrepreneurs, who are from Africa, Indonesia, Romania, England and the U.S., are focused on the likes of consumer research, media and analytics, social media and more.

Meet the start-ups

"The Academy provides industry leaders with access to emerging technologies, business models, and market opportunities, and helps start-ups accelerate their development and growth."

Stephen Plumlee
Global Chief Operating Officer of R/GA and Managing Partner of R/GA Ventures

NEW FOR 2018

The Start-Up Academy is a way to connect start-ups with global brands and highlight innovation, especially pools of innovation that are being "under-utilized," like female and diverse founders.

The program highlights the ongoing commitment from R/GA and Cannes Lions to champion diversity and inclusion in meaningful ways.
